The Eight Week Body Transformation Program

The eight week Body Transformation Program has answered my prayers. There is finally a program that you can lose fat and build muscle at the same time.
Losing fat and building muscle at the same time is a bit deceiving. One cannot really build muscles and lose weight at the same time. It's actually within the same time period. The period that the program dictates is eight weeks.

This body transformation programs takes into account everybody's goals. Everyone has different fitness goals so Ryan Spiteri has created 4 goals for you to choose from;

The first objective is focusing on losing fat
To build Muscles.

Lastly participating in cyclical dieting and nutrition timing

The main focus of this program is on nutrition timing and cyclical dieting. These terms may be a little confusing as they were to me. cycling your diet in simple terms is what is referred to as cyclical dieting. A normal diet for fat loss would have you in a caloric deficit for the whole diet. This program is all about varying one's caloric intake such that for a certain period of time, one either has caloric surplus or deficit. Depending on which goal you choose. The variance in caloric intake is largely dependent on the goal one has selected be it building muscles or losing fat.

The nutrition timing section focuses on when you need to be fueling your body and with which nutrition aspects such as protein, carbs and fats.

What results should one expect after participating in the program.
There are four major factors that determine the kind of results that one could expect from participating in the program.

The length of time that one has been participating-The longer it is the faster the gain. Beginners will gain muscle a lot faster.

Muscle memory-It is harder to build new muscles than to regain lost muscles.

Genetics- most people know this to be ones body type. Some body types will gain muscle faster and others will be more gifted in the area of fat loss.

All people are different but there are those gifted in different areas than others.

Results may also be affected by drugs intake. Some people will take drugs such as steroids to increase their muscle gains or other drugs to speed up fat burning. This definitely is NOT the way to go. You can do everything without drugs.
